"Smells nice, but the stain removal was disappointing"
I really wanted this to work because it does smell nice, but it barely lifted any of the stains. I ended up having to scrub and rewash things, which was way more stressful than I expected for something that was supposed to make cleaning easier.

"Really wanted it to work, but my skin got itchy"
I wanted to like this because the reviews seemed good and I figured it was worth giving it a fair try. But after I used it, my skin got red and super itchy. I don’t usually react that strongly to products, so I don’t think I was being overly sensitive about it. I tried it twice just to make sure it wasn’t a one-off thing, but the same thing happened, so I had to stop using it. Might not be the best choice if you have sensitive skin.

"Refills are fine, but the packaging could be better"
I do like that these come as refills, that part is really convenient. But the packaging wasn’t great when it arrived, it was a little bent up, and one of the pouches had leaked a bit. Nothing was totally ruined, so I can still use them, but yeah, I definitely wish they had been packed more securely

"Nice clean scent, just kinda light"
It smells really clean and fresh, like, in a subtle way. I do like it a lot, but I just wish it lasted a little longer on me.

"Seems safe so far"
I’ve been using it and the ingredients look safe, at least from what I can tell. I still side-eye these kinds of products a bit, but nothing in this one has made me nervous so far.
